• Place your foot flat on a piece of plain paper
• Make sure you are stood straight and evenly balanced
• Draw around your foot being careful not to tuck the pen underneath the toe or heel
• Measure the distance between the heel and the longest toe.
• This will give you a foot length, repeat for both feet
